FAB visibility should change on scroll

When the FAB is expanded to show the mini FABs if the user scrolls the page OR changes back to the activity page the mini FABs should go back to being hidden. Currently they stay out during scroll events and even if you change to other screens in the app and come back later they are still visible.

Fixed. The additional FABs now animate out on scroll events and any time the user navigates away from that screen if they are out they will be hidden.
