Do you open telegram in the browser? How do I do that (to reproduce)?
You mean this ampersand florish thing I guess. And that was an Apple icon before?

If it's a "web app" they should bring their own font(s) and not rely on anything locally installed?
That's web app. when i download the font from jetbrain's official website, there isn't problem.
