Code in activity.py needs refactoring (HTML belongs in template)

There's too much HTML in the view that supports watched/recent activity.
The objects should be constructed in the view & it should pass a dict to
the template instead of an HTML string
Priority → NormalCategory → EnhancementAssignee → Pete Karl
