Improve Thermostats Panel for heat/cool mode

on the thermostats panel - if the device is in heat/cool mode, it only seems to show the lower temperature as the "target inside temp" (example - my nest is set to keep it between 68 - 74 degrees, but it shows me the target is 68) - looking at the data, i see why this is,... this might take more work ..

Hey @baldwintm can you try out branch 1.1.2? It might be a tiny bit rough around the edges still, but I think this might start to tackle what you're after here.
