Error when signing apk

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried placing apk in apk folder of apptomarket
2. Installed fresh v2.6 apptomarket
3. Tried default apk with apptomarket
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is successfully created xxxx.new.apk
What I see is error when signing apk blah blah blah
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 2.6 and running windows 7 64 bit
Please provide any additional information below.
You might not remember me. I had this issue in the past that we spent till
late in the night trying to fix. I gave you full remote control of my computer
to try and fix it. We never got it fixed and I'm still having this issue even
with version 2.6.
