Can you please point me to any info that would enable me to work with htrace debugging of jor1k? Thanks!
... "htrace" sounds like Microsoft ... ?
Im not shure, but gbd dont know such option.
(may be Im wrong.)
also I thought, that sebastian @s-macke wrote sometimes somewhere, that it is associated with some particularities to implement/build gbd NOT on bare metal.
And in jor1k are some layers beetween this and the CL. ;)
At the moment inside jor1k you go debug c by printf the old way.

Not IN the thing, the jor1k-emulator. but the emu itself.
