Limit nestedness levels in outline

LaTeX has limited section nestedness: Part - Chapter - Section - Subsection - SubSubsection - Paragraph - SubParagraph.
Ensure that the outline doesn't go deeper than that. Better even to avoid SubParagraph and maybe Paragraph.
