Few metrics are not reported with ES v2.4.0

I have noticed the following metrics (at least in v2.4.0) are completely empty (not even node labels):
- Nodes: OS uptime
- Cache: Filter cache
- Cache: Filter evictions
- Cache: Id cache
- I/O: Disk reads
- I/O: Disk writes
ES cluster nodes use Oracle JDK 1.8.0_102

would be nice to have those values in NewRelic again with ES 2.4.x
