Enable/ Disable Cooling Setpoints

The Cooling setpoints for HC0 to HC6 are not always installed, need to add logic as to when they are enabled or disabled and remove them from the formatted data if disabled.

Cooling is enabled by the "reversation" property in the pumpinfo. If 1 then cooling is enabled and if 0 then cooling is disabled.
