looks like @armandofox added the description of the Procfile, which as @bill-auger points out is in the root of the repo https://github.com/saasbook/hw-sinatra-saas-hangperson/blob/master/Procfile , but as KSM says that won't exist in the app the student creates from scratch, so maybe that needs to be added to the documentation
