Describe the bug

I am not able to login to my Nextcloud account (Saber default NextCloud server).

To reproduce

  1. Go to "Setting".
  2. Tap "Tap to login with Nextcloud".
  3. Fill in my username, password and encryption password. I have tried either enabling or disabling "I want to use a custom Nextcloud server" option (leave the custom server URL box as default).
  4. Error occurred. "Log in failed, please check your details and network connection".

Expected behavior

Log into the Nextcloud and just works and syncs fine.

Saber version

v0.20.2 App Store (20020)

Device

  • Device: MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
  • OS: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

I am able to log in to my account with my other devices (iPad and GNU/Linux device) within the same network, but it is very slow to load the log in page (but my network speed is over 500 Mbps). I am living in Hong Kong. I don't know if it is related.
I have notice that the version that I am running on my Mac is older than the version on my iPad and GNU/Linux computer, the login procedure on my Mac is different from my other devices too (other devices just pops up a broswer login page). I have checked for the update, it is the latest version already.

I found the solution. The app that I got from App Store is not the latest build. I went to the "Actions" page and download the software from the post "Build for macOS", it downloaded the most up to date version.
