[FEATURE] Add `consider-ready-after-log`

The same way consider-ready-after with a duration e.g.: 10s
consider-ready-after-log or consider-ready-after-line could watch each container/pod/ etc. for a specific logged line before being considered ready.

This would be a much more stable solution to consider-ready-after
