Howto change from address on invites?

Hi,
I have resently got baikal up and running on version 0.9.5
When invites are send they are send from some non existing default -email address created by my domain provider.
Is there any way to control the from address being used by baikal?

I'm also searching for an option do something similar. It would be really good if the email-address from the current user gets used instead of the "invite_from".
