The grouping feature in Ditto is very effective, but after creating groups and subgroups, when searching for clipboard entries in the parent group, only entries in the parent group are found, while items within the subgroups cannot be found. I suggest improving this search strategy.

Otherwise, we have a defalut root-group, and we only can create subgroup wihin the root, I think we can also optimize this problem, so we can create group more freely, and get the search content more efficiently!
