Using InstagramSubscription says "Unable to reach callback URL XXXX"

Using api's InstagramSubscription.createSubscription(), and make sure the params are correct, but system returns "Unable to reach callback URL XXXX".
Other way, i used the same params about the commandline " curl -D xxx=xxx" ... and the result of subscription is ok.
