Python Directory to be Cleaned & Sub Folders to be added.

The CPP Directory is well maintained with sub-folders and everything is organized. But, it is hard to keep track and find things in Python Directory since there is no sub-folders in it.
Hence, I would like to organize it so that any new beginner can easily find the programs related to each sub-folder.
