A problem related to directory from download_voc.sh and download_coco.sh

Hello,
I think there is a problem related to directory as shown in here:

EdgeNets/data_loader/segmentation/scripts/download_voc.sh

Line 2 in 096d165

global_path='../../../../vision_datasets'

EdgeNets/data_loader/segmentation/scripts/download_coco.sh

Line 2 in 096d165

global_path='../../../../vision_datasets'

The ../../../../vision_datasets goes out of EdgeNets folder.
I think convert to ../../../vision_datasets is better.
