Describe the bug
The multisig confirmationsRequired field sometimes returns null.
To Reproduce
Unknown.
Expected behavior
confirmationsRequired is an integer.
Environment (please complete the following information):
Frequently seen on staging/prod. Optimism, but occassionally on Mainnet.
