Rust language solutions?

Hi everyone!
Would you be interested in adding a rust version of the solutions?
I'm currently learning the language and this would make a great practice.

sure @bigbigtor will create one. also there might be some question for which the rust option will not be available. let me know about those while solving it. will remove them from the list. Also will close this issue and create new one for it.
