noLD error on CRAN

One of our tests fails when long doubles are not available on the platform. This issue appears on CRAN's check page for casebase: https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_casebase.html

Luckily for us, there is an R-hub Docker image that can be used for testing this particular issue: https://blog.r-hub.io/2019/05/21/nold/
