Fix the case when importing ReadMore.svelte

There's a typo in your package in index.js:

import ReadMore from './Readmore.svelte';

export default ReadMore;

While the svelte file is ReadMore.svelte.
This fails to compile on linux, because linux file system is case-sensitive!
