FR: Default window size option

On larger resolutions, it would be quite useful to be able to increase the default window size (e.g. when opening an actor or journal sheet).
With enough modules enabled, the default window taskbar size can even run out of space for all of the buttons. In the below image for instance, the default size does not allow for the 'close' button to appear.
This functionality seems like it would be suited to this module.
