[Suggestion] Background fetching of comic strips with notification

Originally filed as tardypad#3.
Add a setting to fetch comic strips in the background and display a notification if there are new ones. The interval between fetches may be daily or configurable in N hour intervals (with N out of 1..24).
Advantages:
- Do not miss out new strips
- Minimise required interactions with the Daily Comics app
