Convert ESR 91 gecko-mirror commits to patches

Currently all of the changes to the gecko code have been applied in the FIREFOX_ESR_91_9_X_RELBRANCH_patches branch of my gecko-dev mirror.
When things are stable enough these should be converted into patches to be applied at build time.
