Cannot open crates.io using Sailfish Browser

I tried visiting https://crates.io using the Sailfish Browser. This results in a blank, green page. This was confirmed by @llelectronics.
The same happens when using anything QtWebkit with the Qt version shipped with SailfishOS, i.e. Qt 5.6.
@llelectronics says that with QtWebkit 5.212 (on the tablet) the page is displayed correctly. Where should I report bugs against the Qt package shipped with SailfishOS?
