Captive Portal in Czech train wifi only shows blank page

When trying to log into WLAN in czech trains, their captive portal located at http://cdwifi.cz/ does not work:
The browser just displays a white page, making logging in impossible.
As the captive portal is only available from within the WLAN network I took the liberty of scraping a copy of it.
I consider not being able to log into a captive portal a quite serious issue.
