could the core of this app be available as a cli or tui version maybe?

pw-cli exists, are you looking for a specific functionality not available there?

pw-cli is more of a debug tool and very low level. wpctl exists and is more for doing common things from the cli. I guess adding more features to wpctl would be better.

Wireplumber and PipeWire should ship with them included,

I've found TUI versions as well: pulsemixer, which turned out to better fulfill my needs. There's one in Rust too: pavucontrolrs
