Update auth mechanisms, stop being a supporting library

Google has progressed in making it easier to log in and load APIs. https://github.com/google/ezgantt has the latest and greatest methods, making pledgejs no longer necessary as a supporting library.

TODO: Undo this as a supporting library. Make a standalone app using ezgantt's auth.js techniques.
