model exported from Maya is not showing textures

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export obj from Maya project
2. Use regular jsc3d on web page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The model has different textures and some transparency in one of them. I see
mostly black objects
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Maya 11, Windows 7
