Can we create custom grid layout

Is there any way to create a custom grid layout. like first row have 3 blocks. the second row can have 2 blocks. the third row have 5 blocks

No, this is not possible. But that is an interesting idea for a new library - something like css-grid-layout. Not sure if many people would need it though.
