Ec2Resource getStatus needs to check it being visible to SSM

In the current orchard.io.aws.resource EC2 support, the Ec2Resource needs to be recognized by Aws SSM in addition to the EC2 instance being in Running state. The getStatus implementation does not yet check with SSM also.
