Conflict ID when using apache.mod_fcgid and fcgid in module list apache.modules

    Data failed to compile:

    Detected conflicting IDs, SLS IDs need to be globally unique.
    The conflicting ID is 'a2enmod fcgid' and is found in SLS 'base:apache.modules' and SLS 'base:apache.mod_fcgid'

This could be fixed by using a specific id in the apache.mod_fcgid.
