Make postgresconf pillar a dict or list to allow to be merged

I'd like to have a default sls with some postgresql config in postgres:postgresconf pillar and a minion specific that override it (at least append).

I think postgresconf should be changed to a dict or a list (probably a dict is better) to handle this use case. What do you think ?
