Unable to edit configuration in postgresql.conf

As it currently stands, there's no way to update the PostgreSQL configuration. That would be a cool feature to have, as it's not uncommon to change (for instance) the listen_addresses directive in postgresql.conf.

I've already sent in a pull request - #20 - to add this functionality.
