Salt release process walkthrough for different OS distributions

This is an invitation for maintainers from different OS distributions to show how they're doing for releasing the Salt packages: packaging, patching, testing, etc.
It would be great to have an overview from different OS distributions, so I'm inviting other Salt maintainers to also jump in here and do a quick demo how you're doing.
