Describe the bug
After fork of Salty aircraft (also tested on latest dev as well), speedbrakes will no longer physically set into the ARMED position when using a key binding. Speedbrakes do not deploy on landing as a result.
Expected behaviour
Speedbrake should physically move into ARMED position after using key binding
Steps to reproduce
1.) Spawn in any airport/parking position
2.) Use key binding to ARM speedbrakes. Observe EICAS message "SPEEDBRAKE ARMED"
3.) Observe physical speedbrake lever does not move.
