Speed Restriction and Speed Transition is now ignored since last update in VNAV CLB

Describe the bug
Autopilot ignores values entered in SPD RESTR and SPD TRANS or leaving the default 250/10000. When AP VNAV and A/T is is engaged, the aircraft continues to speed past 250 KTS ignoring all restriction values.
Expected behaviour
When VNAV and Auto throttle is engaged, automation should adjust throttle to keep speeds at restriction values entered in CLB speeds.
Steps to reproduce
- Spawn at any good runway
- Set a speed restriction in VNAV screen under CLB SPD RESTR
- engage VNAV+LNAV and ARM A/T
- TO GA to takeoff
- Engage autopilot
- automation allows throttle to speed above restrictions

after reinstalling MSFS this feature started working again, closing issue.
