Correct operator highlighting

Pretty much all file I/O tokens need to be appropriately highlighted (they're only partly highlighted in some themes because currently, they're just a group of other tokens).
Also, only ~ is highlighted even though it belongs to the same category as &, |, and ^. 🤨
MAIN and EXIT tokens also need fixing.
