Suggestion: relocate the 'Reload' button to reflect its actual behavior

Hi,

Thanks for the great program!

I have a suggestion regarding the current location of the Reload button, which is confusing.

It is currently placed within a rectangle labelled "User-defined sequences". Yet it reloads all sequences, not just user-defined ones. Therefore the button would be better placed outside this frame. See attached image (the button would probably need its own label).

Why does this matter? For instance, if one changes the use sequences from the Xorg/XCompose project option in the settings, one has to hit Reload to see these changes. Yet the fact that the button is located under "User-defined sequences" makes this very hard to discover.

Would this still matter if changing the settings did the right thing and actually loaded/unloaded e.g. the Xorg sequences?

This would actually be a better solution if the settings loaded/unloaded the Xorg/Xcompose resources without having to hit a 'reload' button to make that change effective!
