Please update Xorg compose file and Unicode character data

LibX11 is currently on version 1.8.3 and it has received several useful QOL sequence additions, and Unicode has received many new blocks in versions 14.0 and 15.0 that Wincompose isn't aware of in the GUI. You could easily roll out a minor update where just the dependencies are refreshed and it would be extremely valuable on its own.
