I had to use
playwright install-deps
to get it to work on Ubuntu 20.04, my suggestion is to add that to the readme.md file

On Ubuntu 23.04 when using playwright install-deps I am getting:

E: Unable to locate package libicu70
E: Unable to locate package libx264-163
Failed to install browser dependencies
