Support Mockingboard (6522 VIA and AY3 891x hardware) audio playback for various Apple II titles.
As a step towards Ensoniq support, implement Mockingboard 2 channel playback (without SSI-223 voice support for now.) Accurate as possible playback will provide some confidence towards eventually completing the Ensoniq portion of the emulator.
Validation for the hardware side involves passing the [mb-audit test suite] (https://github.com/tomcw/mb-audit). Audio quality testing will have to involve "by ear" validation from playing a couple titles and comparing to reference videos.
