Unable to specify disk images while emulator power is off and write protect is exclusive to the active drive

Currently when inserting a disk while the power button is off, the disk image does not show up in the combo box. The disk does boot though when powering up the emulator - can be confusing.

Write protect status needs to persist per drive, and should be applied when the IWM switches on the drive.
