https://ftb.neptunepowered.org/ is EOL. It is currently used to resolve pack slugs to pack ids. Find an alternative, or try to scrape the ftb web, or just require pack IDs from users.

Removed the functionality in b7761a6 with a friendly error message. Think about re-implementing, however probably not worth it.
