Tools...Options overwrites existing .ini file

Tools...Options creates the default keyfinder.ini when it doesn't already exist; but, it overwrites an existing one (throwing away any changes) if you do it a second time. It might be a good idea to test for the presence of the file first; and, then display some kind of warning or secondary option to better handle that condition.
