FPS drop to 0, data still flows

I installed 0.2 and I'm having an odd issue with the camera. Using TinyCam I see keep loosing the image every 20 seconds or so. The FPS count goes down to 0 but the data still flows around 500KB/s so I'm not sure what is going on. Wireless is good, I even had it beside the access point. Power is good, I tried multiple high amp adapters and different cables. Any logs I can provide?
