Extension popup positioned incorrectly on multi-monitor setups

Some extension popups are positioned incorrectly with multi-monitor setups. My primary is 4k with 150% UI scaling while the secondary is 1080p with 100% scaling.
The particular extension with this problem is Yomichan. Other extensions seem to work fine. 🤔
This may be a problem with Electron not scaling units correctly.
