Add support for .ts (TypeScript) File

hey, I would love to help add this if you point me out where to start!
It's been hard since .ts can also be a movie/video file from dvd's I think

OK, found the code, seems Mac OS doesn't allow this?
UTIs that macOS does not allow us to handle:
- Any UTI which is already supported by Quick Look (e.g. CSV)
- com.apple.property-list (.plist)
- public.mpeg-2-transport-stream (.ts)
