Groovy files isn't viewable in Catalina

See the content of the groovy file - What's the actual behavior?
No preview at all.
Checked the type:
mdls -name kMDItemContentType tmp/CreateDockerImageTask.groovy
kMDItemContentType = "dyn.ah62d4rv4ge80s6xtr75hw"
In Info.plist dyn.ah62d4rv4ge80s6xtr75hw is missing. Instead there is org.codehaus.groovy-source for groovy.
So maybe this works on other versions of macOS.
