Permission About Personal Use

Hi, I am sorry to ask this simple question but am confused about permissions:
"The code provided is for educational purposes only. Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries."
Does it mean there's no permission for personal use this font (Downloading the font file from releases and using it)?
Hi @rustacean112, the following is by no means intended to be legal advice. I'm not a lawyer neither will I probably ever be.
Educational purposes could be considered fair use of copyright. As long as you only use it for intended purposes, everything should be fine. Of course, a court could always have a different opinion and Apple would obviously be in the more advantaged position.
As I understand that using for personal usage is not allowed because this project intended for educational purposes, not personal use.

I don't see personal and educational purposes mutually exclusive, e.g., it could be argued that autodidacticism is of personal purpose since you are personally benefiting from it, but yet educational at the same time.
In any case, we leave it to the best of your judgement ;)
